We are able to customize your meals to some extent. Anything from less starch to more vegetables or if you don’t like certain ingredients, make sure to let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Yes, our meals are made fresh and come fully cooked, so you don’t have to do any work. Put our meal in the microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes and they are ready to serve.
We have a variety of meals from our standard menu to our vegan and keto menus. They are all a variation of health focused meals. Our meals typically have 4oz of protein followed with a cup of starch and vegetables.
Yes, we offer different bundle packs for gluten free and vegan under our bundle option. These meals are similar to what we have on our menu, but they have been modified to your gluten-free or vegan needs.
We deliver twice a week, every Sunday and Wednesday. Our cut-off for Sunday’s orders are Wednesday by 11PM and our cut-off for Wednesday’s orders are Sundays by 11PM. Anything order past the cut-off will be delivered the following delivery day. For example, if I miss Wednesday’s cut off, my meals would be delivered Wednesday and not Sunday.
Your meals are packaged in our box which is insulated by an ice pack. We recommend not leaving it longer than 1 hour outside on a sunny day.
Our containers are BPA free reusable, dishwasher and freezer friendly. As well as recyclable, leak resistant, and microwavable.

If our drivers are not able to reach you when they deliver your meals, we will either leave it at your doorstep with your permission or drop it off at our nearest pick up location.
We currently have three pick-up locations at the moment. They are Dirtbag Café on 10505 107 St, Rock Jungle 10247 184 St. and ARC Physiotherapy located on 12328 102 Ave NW. You are able to pick your meals up from there based on their store hours.
